Shipping & Returns
We ship all packages via USPS shipping. A complimentary tracking number will be sent to your email address on file. I am not responsible for a package once it's dropped off at the Post Office. Please make sure your address on file is correct. I am not responsible for a package sent to the wrong address. My current processing time is 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated. If you need an order before the ESTIMATED time stated in the listing, please do not order. I do not accept rush orders. Please note that during sales and holidays there will most likely be a delay due to a higher volume of orders. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please be sure to message me before you place your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Selling quality items is my priority. If you have a problem with your order, please feel free to message me within 24 hours of delivery so we can work together to resolve the issue within reason. However, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom and or personalized orders! If you chose to add a name or different color, that is considered customized. I am not responsible for funding return postage if you agree to return or exchange your product.
We accept PayPal and all major Debit/Credit cards. Please note that your order WILL NOT begin processing until a full payment is made.
